Spring Lake Park Youth Hockey Equipment

MITE PLAYERS EQUIPMENT CHECK OUT DATE

The following date and time have been set up for Mite Players (U6, U8, Mites) to check out equipment from the Association.

10/24/11 - 6:00PM to 8:00PM

In order to check out equipment from the Association you must be completely registered for the 2011/2012 Season, have all of your paperwork turned in to the registrar and have paid all present and past due fees.

Both Parent and Player need to be present to check out equipment.  If you have equipment that you checked out for the summer, BRING THE EQUIPMENT WITH YOU, even if you want to just check it out again.  We need to make sure all equipment is servicable and that your helmet has not expired. 

We have recieved several new helmets and breezers this summer through a donation from David Backes.  It is our goal to get all this equipment into use this year.

You will be required to fill out a new check out form and provide a new equipment deposit check for $250.00 made payable to SLPYHA.  Your old deposit checks will be shedded once a new deposit check is received.
